We ship from Dorset, UK. Postage is with Royal Mail unregistered mail as standard. Postage delivery times average between 5 days and 3 weeks in the EU (can extend to 4 weeks), and between 7 days and 4 weeks (can extend to 6 weeks) outside the EU. At times parcels outside of the EU can take up to 3 months so please be patient.

Registered mail and courier shipping is available upon request at an extra charge.

* Important note! If you do not request tracked and signed shipping with us and the order is returned after not being collected, we can not refund the costs of postage. WE can only resend the order once new postage costs are paid.

* We strongly advise registered mail for the following countries - Russia, Brazil, Belgium. Any packages ordered to these countries via normal post that do not reach you and are not returned to us will not be refunded or resent without repurchasing.
